Normally I wake up and go to the gym on Saturday mornings. My husband isn't working today (he is my trainer), so my normal plans are changed. If you know me, you may know that I have a very difficult time "sitting still". There is always something to be done and if I am not doing it I feel very unproductive. Hence, my dislike for naps. Well, today I need to go through this week's pile of mail and put away clean laundry. I am forcing myself to put those things aside and take a morning for myself. I am actually excited about it. I have a hot cup of coffee and a great book to curl up with.
